Timetable set for first-ever night race in FORMULA 1 history
Formula One racing?s governing body, the FIA, has confirmed the timetable for the 2008 FORMULA 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix. The inaugural Singapore event, which will be first ever Grand Prix to be held at night, will take place on Sunday, September 28. The race will start under the floodlights at 2000 hours local time. The qualifying sessions on Saturday and the second Friday practice session will also run after sunset.
